Our new base north of the river

From concept to completion, the project took 15 months to complete. Completed in June 2023, our new showroom provides us with a central point for builders and customers who live and work north of the river.

And what better place to do it than the largest building and renovating centre in Australia.

Home Base Subiaco features more than 300 displays, ensuring you can view a wide range of brands, products, and materials. Open seven days a week, with free on-site parking, it’s a must-visit hub for anyone who wants to see and feel the building materials for your new home before you commit to your choice.

With our new showroom, we wanted to create a space that didn’t just display the range of products we have on offer. It’s more than that. We wanted to create a space that inspires potential customers to see what they can achieve with their new build or renovation.

Since its opening, our new showroom display has generated significant interest across the full spectrum of our customers.

Better for Builders

For builders in the northern suburbs, when you suggest Affinity Windows to your clients, you can now direct them to our Home Base Subiaco show room. It’s quicker and easier to get to than our Jandakot location, and gives them the opportunity to see how their new home or renovation could look when it’s completed.

This makes it easier for you to recommend and sell Affinity products: they can see if in the real world, and engage with a physical example of what their windows and doors will look like. This helps build trust between the two of you, making it easier for them to make their decision, and ensuring you gain momentum on your build.

Better for Customers

Located on the upper floor of Home Base Subiaco, set up on elevated timber decking, visitors step up to a floor that feels like you’re walking into your new home. Open the door, and walk right in: you can operate our windows and doors yourself, and see different variations of our glass and security products.

The Affinity Windows 19m² display space features our standard home range of doors, windows, shower screens, mirrors, sliding shower doors, and security products.

These are full-sized, true-to-life products and materials that you can see, touch, feel, and use.

It also features our commercial range—after all, at a higher price point, you want to be able to touch, feel, and test your windows and doors to ensure they’re right.
